Requirements
Communication Skills
o Must be excellent, can write and speak very good English
o Can understand and express thoughts in American conversational language
o Has a good grasp of American culture, arts, music, hobbies, games, etc.
Technical Skills
o A very, very good understanding of testing concepts and can implement those concepts on various environments and situations
o Has an enormous passion for testing and quality
o Preferred pluses: development experience or programming background
o Game exposure: must be a good gamer, has played at least 3 types of massive multiplayer online games, is currently playing at least once a week
Preferred for Test Lead Positions:
o At least 3 years in testing
o At least 2 years experience managing a team, at least 1 year of which in test management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Management Courses

• Knowledge of SDLC

• Writing Solid Bug Reports.
• With Programming Knowledge.
• Able to work on multiple projects.
• Can understand and play PC/Console games
• Can work closely with teams of Business Analyst, Developers and Testers throughout the entire software development life cycle to elicit and manage requirements.
