Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Knowledgeable in software testing and software quality engineering
• Should have background in software development life cycle processes
• Automated testing tool knowledge preferred but not required
• Can write technical project documentation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly organized with keen attention to details
• Highly motivated and confident
• Able to work on multiple projects
• Knowledge of enterprise systems platforms (ORACLE, Websphere, J2EE, .NET, Linux, UNIX, Windows, BEA, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.)
• Strong systems administration background on multiple platforms (WIN, Unix, Linux)
• Skills on different performance monitors (Perfmon, SiteScope, Borland, etc)
• With at least one year experience in doing capacity planning, optimization, and implementation of fault tolerant and high-availability designs.
