Ready for the challenge of game testing
October 01, 2007

challenge: Two pilot projects were initiated by the CheQ’s chief quality officer on the second half of year 2006, one with an electronic entertainment company specializing in creating computer and console video games, and the other with a leading designer, developer and marketer of innovative, technology-based educational products and related proprietary content. Several vendors for game development and testing, including CheQ Systems were evaluated.

solution: Being the country’s first independent full time Software Quality Engineering and testing services provider, the company offered to the clients its excellence and competitiveness in delivery of services, highlighting QUALITY, SKILLS, and COMMUNICATIONS. Having the tools, techniques, and experts along with the international standards and best practices, the company also marketed its existing trained and experienced workforces, who have dedicated their careers to software quality assurance. Office facilities and equipment were even upgraded for expansion and further development.

result: With the unfailing urge and passion of the CheQ’s management team to win these projects, the company received a positive impact from the client after their site visits. Having the Q (quality) over the competitors, with its excellent testing and English communication skills, CheQ got the project and expected to immediately start before the year ends.

Since either solution would entail significant expense for one party or another, CheQ was brought in to identify the real source of the problem and determine the most appropriate strategy.
