CheQ Systems took another step towards its vision as it continually aim to diversify software testing services and expertise.

The organization has recently conducted compatibility testing for a UK-based company, whose creations were focused in digital animation for professional, amateur and non-experienced filmmakers, to produce movies in an easy and fun way!

This testing endeavor aims to assess the client’s application’s compatibility and performance against a range of hardware specifications associated with their target audience. The application in question was part of a suite of software solutions that enable users to create movies using their home computers without needing much knowledge in art programming.

The test team comprised of 3 members - Dane Mathew Ferrer, Evan Dale Aromin, and Eden Hernandez. Together, they tested the application for Graphics Compatibility, Performance and Load Times on different test environments and platforms. It wasn’t difficult for our testers to maneuver through the application because of their rich working background in real-time graphics such as MMOs and PC/MAC games and exposure to different software used in game testing. As the testing progressed, the team was faced with difficulties completing the identified test scenarios due to obvious interoperability issues, which was what compatibility testing was aimed to identify. With the competence and skills of the testers, they were able to pull it off and deliver the results on time and gained positive feedback from the client as well!
