Requirements:
Communication Skills
o Must be excellent, can write and speak very good English

Technical Skills
o A very, very good understanding of testing concepts and can implement those concepts on various environments and situations
o Has an enormous passion for testing and quality
o Preferred pluses: development experience or programming background
o Game exposure: must be a good gamer, has played at least 3 types of massive multiplayer online games, is currently playing at least once a week
Preferred for Test Lead Positions:
o At least 3 years in testing
o At least 2 years experience managing a team, at least 1 year of which in test management

Requirements:
The Business Development Officer will work closely with fellow Business Development personnel and the other departments in the organization in the establishment and management of client relationships. The BDO will strategically research and network to set meetings with decision-makers and influencers at potential clients, with the objective of winning new business.

Responsibilities:
• Understand current business and IT trends and competitor activities
• Identify opportunities and forecast demands of the market
• Lead all business development activities for the assigned clients by developing a comprehensive understanding of the client's business needs and building strategic, high-level relationships

Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of any four-year course
• With 1 to 2 years of related work experience and training in various facets of ISO 9001 QMS especially internal audit
• Adept in ISO 9001:2000 procedures, documentation , and internal auditing
• Able to present processes in a concise and easily understandable manner/form
• Able to foster teamwork by contributing in the building of positive team spirit wherein the success of the team is above own interest
• Exhibits objectivity and openness to other's views
• Experience in a consulting industry or service-oriented industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the establishment of the company’s Quality Management System
• Document and standardize processes that are aimed at improving efficiency in the delivery of services
• Monitor the correct implementation of and compliance to set standards
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits to verify strict compliance to policies and procedures
• Collect QMS records and use them to continually improve the quality of the system
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
