
- Create, edit, and proofread content for marketing materials, social media, newsletters, blog articles, and press releases
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and style across all communication channels
- Prepare and manage internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and event highlights
- Support external communications including client updates, press releases, and company statements
- Research industry trends and competitor practices to improve content effectiveness
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing,Journalism, English, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in content writing, communications, or related roles
- Strong command of grammar, storytelling, and adapting tone for different audiences
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive projects forward
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Versatile communicator able to adapt style for internal staff, clients, and external audiences
- Quick learner, open to continuous self-improvement through research and training
- Independent, resilient, and capable of delivering quality work with minimal supervision
