Job Description:

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for Functional, Integration, Regression, API, and Performance Testing activities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks, test scripts, and regression test suites
- Analyze requirements and identify test conditions, risks, and coverage gaps
- Prepare, manage, and maintain test environments and test data
- Log, track, analyze, and manage defects through resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders to ensure product quality
- Provide accurate test status reports, metrics, and recommendations
- Support continuous quality engineering practices throughout the software 
development lifecycle

Qualifications:

‍

- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related four-year course
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong programming and scripting skills using modern programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, C#, or equivalent technologies
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, API automation, performance testing solutions, and regression test suites using modern testing tools
- Experience testing Web, Mobile, Enterprise, Cloud, or integrated business applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, automation execution, and Git-based collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of AI concepts and the ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs is highly preferred

What technical skills are required for software testers at your company?
