“I have always been given the opportunity to speak and share a thing or two during our general assemblies and meetings. I always try to make it a point to remind every one of our mission, vision and values. These have been my guiding principle as we move CheQ to its next level.

Although our mission, vision, and values are clearly stated in some of our official documents, I would like to use this opportunity to articulate our values one by one.

The customer is always first in our agenda.

Customer focus means acknowledging the needs of the customer rather than winning the market or a market share. It means winning the hearts and minds of each of our partners and giving our best effort to adapt to their situation and direction, in order to serve them well.

And then there is also the internal customer.  Being customer-focused implies treating members of our organization as a customer. This is the foundation for teams to succeed. As their leader, I remain at the service of everyone in the organization. I try to understand their needs, and give my best effort to fit in. Each of us have a customer to serve within the organization, i.e. the project manager serves the testing teams, the HR group serves our personnel and staff, and so on. We should always put our best effort to understand their needs.”
